About Us

Oleapak Olive Oil Sales & Packaging is Australia's largest family owned packager of premium Australian extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) with over 1.8 million litres sold and/or packaged through our warehouse.

Oleapak commenced business in 2004 and has built a reputation based on quality, experience, and exceptional customer service.

As the oldest contract packaging business in the olive oil industry we can process 25,000+ bottles a day using our state-of-the-art equipment, using only the best Australian olive oils to suit consumer needs for either domestic or export markets.

​

We control all stages of the process; from growing, through to packaging and distribution to provide customers with confidence in their product.

​

Current export markets include Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, and The Americas.

Managing Director

Ed Vercoe started Oleapak with Vince Scarfo in 2004 to provide a dedicated, automated olive oil packaging line. The first of its kind in Australia.


Since 2014, Ed has played a crucial role in the continued success of the company. His exceptional skill set, true passion, and creativity has inspired massive growth.

Production Logistics Manager

After deciding a butcher apprenticeship wasn't his thing, Oleapak Olive Oil Sales & Packaging was pleased to welcome Flynn into the team. 

Flynn plays a vital role and keeps the engine of Oleapak ticking in our production and storage areas - no mean feat with 700 square metres of storage area.
